    Where are screenshots stored? I looked in C:\Users\....\Pictures\Screenshots and there's nothing there. But I know they are somewhere because I can insert a screenshot in Powerpoint.

    Windows store app terminated - too long to suspend

    Hello,

    Thank you for providing the screenshot. This means that the Store was corrupted. We suggest that you follow these steps for solution:

    • Press the Windows key + R.
    • Type wsreset.exe and click Enter.

    Once you're done, update us with the result.

    Lock vs Login screen screenshot

    Hi Josey -

    Thanks for the quick reply. While your suggestion does change the sign in process, it doesn't address the differing screenshot question. Following the steps doesn't make the login screenshot the same as the Lock screenshot. As I mentioned, I can't even find the screenshots being used for both screens.

    Still looking a solution to this. Open to any other suggestions you might have to the problem. Thanks!
