Windows 10: Screwed up screen after attempting to install mods. Microsoft support is useless. Does...

I built my first gaming pc, and I was in a rush to install mods so I attempted to install the SKSE without first opening skyrim and letting it go through its final install phases. Like an idiot, I then attempted to open the skyrim via the SKSE and of course it crashed. But... Something interesting also happened. My screen split in half and the left side went up. At this point I tried troubleshooting and I ended up just deleting everything and reinstalling windows. Everything was fine at first, but then I reinstalled skyrim and without any mods downloaded it immediately went back to the split screen, and now all my games are doing it even with skyrim deleted. Can anyone please help me with this? I am about ready to chuck my new pc in the trash. Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

This is ridiculous. You aren't addressing the OP's problem. You're hijacking this thread or posting useless commentary.

• Microsoft Tech Support is truly useless;
• That is Microsoft's fault, not customer's fault
• Microsoft as the creator of its software/product, it has an obligatory to provide a first-class support for anything pertaining to its own software as compared to 3rd parties
• Microsoft isn't a startup that deserve sympathy. It's a multi-billion dollar company with mounting profits. Look how rich Bill Gates is.
• So what if OP is dumb? Whatever you said doesn't contribute to OP's discussion: Microsoft Tech Support is unhelpful. You're just being a Donald Trump, driveling around and wasting everybody's time. Pretending to have responded to something, but actually
  didn't.
• It isn't really dumb for OP to think Microsoft is the best company to consult naturally since it's the creator of the software in question. Would you generally go to 3rd party customer support for other products/software?
