  1. Script error after logging in with local account to Windows 10

Hi,Everytime I log in to a computer just updated from win 7 to win 10 I get a Script Error window.Line 2Char 167662Error Unable to get property 'prototype' of undefined or null reference.Code 0URL https://logincdn.msauth.net/shared/5/js/login_en_ab04aQSkUg8kw-swjhCJkw2.jsI've no idea what this is trying to 'login' to and there is no MS Account being used on here, or if there was, it didn't come over when I did an inplace uprade to Win 10 Home 22H2 on an oldish I7 with 4gb ram.Upgrade went through first try without a hitch.I've posted elsewhere about an issue with the click to run drive q:

    :)

  2. Script to create a local account with administrator privileges

Is there a script using 'net user' or similar to create a local administrator account including password for Windows 10? I tried to put something together but apparently missed a step or have one out of order.

The purpose is to give Users a way to create a 'backup' account to be used if they forget their password or any number of other problems that can prevent them from logging into their system; with their normal Microsoft Account.
Rather than walk them through each step over the phone, I could email them a script to be run before the problems happen It would create a local admin account with a specific password that could be used in emergencies.

This is for employees who have company systems but are seldom at the office and I would want to preload the name and password so they would not accidentally connect with it but it would be there and ready to use if they call for help.
Can this still be done in Windows 10 if all the steps are in the right place?

    Windows 10 Tweaks

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

    • Launch the Store from your Start menu.
    • Click the user icon next to the search box.
    • Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
    • Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
    • When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”
