    I would like to create a Regisry script or a short powershell cmd to block USB storage on our pc's without using the AD on our server, since our pc's are not on the domain,

    USB removable storage disable by powershell script

    Hello All,

    I want to disable the usb removable storage of the network computers (domain and non-domain) from my computer. But i need powershell script which will disable the usb removable storage of mentioned computer list but through the local group policy not thorough
    regedit of that computer also not through the GPO which is in server OS.

    Please help me. Thank You.

    GPOs not running logon scripts

    Greetings,

    we have an environment of 2 DCs running WS 2008R2 and applying several GPOs. The GPOs that have a user logon script (vbs or ps1) can not run. At the same time, if we run the vbs scripts from a pc on the domain they run successfully. Any suggestions would
    be appreciated!

    USB boot for bios update

    Did the first step. It already doesn't work. Note the capacities and drive letters M:/N: The HP utility is about to format my raid-1 volume containing my 2 750gb drives. It thinks it's the usb stick. I can not select any other drives in the HP utility. My 512mb usb stick is U:.

    Any other suggestions?
