Windows 10: Scripted Diagnostics Native Host Not Working, tried various fixes none worked.

So I have been having problems with my pc for a couple of months now, here is the context.A handful of times a day about 10 I get a error message pop up that says scripted diagnostics native host has stopped working, don't think much about it until now.When I try and run automatic maintenance maintenance from control panel the scripted diagnostic message appears.So I think that this is probably something to do with the main cause or is a big indicator.I saw this message when trying to open a terminal in visual studio code I was trying to launch powershell and got the same messageWhen browsing

Scripted Diagnostic Native Host has stopped working. What is it and how do I stop this popup from coming up. It seems to pop up every 10 minutes or so. I just click close and it goes away. It doesn't seem to do anything except be a pain in the a**.
