  1. Scroll jittering/violent shaking while in Windows drop down Networks/Wifi menu

I was trying to change my network while at school, and my Network/Wifi dropdown menu in the corner is violently shaking, I cannot fight it with my own scrolling. But I can right click one of the networks to get the "Forget, Connect, etc" pop up to pause it, but if I click off then it keeps shaking and vibrating. I don't know if it is a software problem, network problem, or even a hardware problem, but it makes it near impossible to switch networks. Resetting my laptop fixed the issue for about 5 minutes before it began again. Also, when I try to change networks it forces me to right click, since it automatically closes the menu if I left click the network I want.

Also, it keeps the menu for this "Hidden Network" open, like when you left click any other network, but I can't do that. I can't connect to the hidden network or doing anything with it, it's simply at the bottom of my Network scroll menu. I think this is a Windows bug but I'm not sure. Please help.

    :)

Issue with Automatic Scrolling in Drop Down Menus and Certain Windows

    Hi,

Ever since installing Windows 10, certain windows will scroll automatically to the side and/or down to the bottom as soon as I move my mouse cursor inside of said windows.

It occurs in rather peculiar places. Here are some notables ones:

    • The left-hand navigation bar of the basic Windows Explorer window scrolls to the bottom.
Strangely, this doesn't occur in the main part of the Windows Explorer window.
    • Drop-down menus on websites, such as the one featured here, scroll to the bottom:

Request Product Repair Service | LG USA Support
    • In Yahoo e-mail, if the e-mail is wider than my window, it will scroll to the right.
    • Notepad: if my typing extends beyond the width of the window, allowing the option of scrolling to the right to read it all,
it WILL scroll to the right all by itself.
Strangely, it won't do the same thing for scrolling down.
    • In Google Chrome as well as Microsoft Edge.
I've tried 3 different mice - Logitech, Radioshack, and a wired mouse - it is not a mouse issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. I've also booted in Safe Mode, and the problem remained.

Another issue is that oftentimes, drop-down menus won't even stay open for longer than a split-second. For example, the drop-down menus listed under the making of this post ("Category," "Windows topics," etc.) won't stay open long enough for me to click
on any of the options. Weirdly enough, not all drop-down menus misbehave in this way; the other ones have the scrolling issue, as mentioned above.

I'm very frustrated with this problem. I've worked around it for months, but I'd prefer to not have to. I really would like a fix. What do you suggest?

    Thank you

Menu Scroll Speed is very slow.

I was wondering if there was a way to increase the scroll speed of the menu's in Edge. I just switched from chrome and it takes forever to scroll in a menu in edge.

NOTE: This is not a corrupt file issue. It scrolls just is really slow.

I use a lot of drop down lists that are very long. It literally scrolls less than 1/4 the speed that chrome does....

    Any suggestions?

Scroll jittering/violent shaking while in Windows drop down Networks/Wifi menu

WiFi Selection Screen Auto-Scrolling to bottom of WiFi List -- not a mouse issue.

Whenever I open up the Wifi selection "Drop Down" menu, it automatically scrolls all the way down to the bottom of the list. I cannot scroll back up the list to the top, and it fights my mouse scrolling, keeping it down at the bottom. I have tried restarting
(multiple times), and unplugging my mouse for a few minutes. My mouse does not do this in any other tabs including any other Windows Menu. This all came out of the blue, as I had just started my Computer up, and was trying to connect to my home network. This
does not happen in the lockscreen wifi selector
