    Scroll keys up,down, sides not working


    Recently my scrolling keys have stopped working. With a restart of my laptop it starts working fine, but after a while hours or even a day later they stop working again. A co-worker started having this same issue 1 day before me. I have tried turning on and off the scroll lock and using the on-screen keyboard but the issue does not go away.

    Missing scroll line down right side of screen

    Hi Marilyn,

    For us to isolate you concern with the scroll line down right side of your screen, we would like to know the following:

    • Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?
    • Send us a screenshot of your scroll line down the right side of the screen.
    • To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    right side CTRL key does not work

    Thanks for your response. I've tried all the steps you've recommended and my problem has not been resolved.

    My computer is a Lenovo Ideapad P400 laptop so its not a stand alone keyboard. Right side ctrl key does not work on the on screen keyboard. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

    Scroll keys up,down, sides not working

    Scroll bar on left side

    If your phone is equipped with kinetic scrolling, you need not use the stylus on the scroll bar only... just swipe it on the list Up/Down(on left side) and the whole thing will scroll...
