Windows 10: Scroll not working after unchecking "Use Windows Ink" and intalling PSUserCofig.txt

I happily and finally got my Wacom pro pen 2 to select text and drag and drop images by disabling "Use Windows Ink" and resolved the pen pressure issue by creating a PSUserConfig.txt file.I am now using the top rocker switch to pan/scroll, but this is not ideal. Any way to reinstate the pen tip scroll without messing up the other functions?

Generating a .txt based file list in Windows 7

No, that > bla.txt is the target file to write to. You could use a wildcard in the argument, ie c:\windows\*.txt which would list all dlls in c:\windows. But adding that to a simple right-click would be tricky.

Basically you would execute fancyfile.bat c:\windows\*.txt, fancyfile.bat would then write all .txt files to bla.txt.

 

Bamboo ink worked previously but stopped

2. Were there any changes made to the computer?
   
3. Is it functioning well except writing, or is it completely not working?
   

I will suggest you few simple troubleshooting steps, kindly follow the below.

Method 1: Restart Services.

• Press Windows + R to launch the Run application. Type “services.msc” in the dialogue box and press Enter.
  
• Navigate through the services named “TabletServiceWacom” and “Wacom Professional Service”. Right-click it and select “Restart”.
