Windows 10: Scroll up and tab like function automatically interferes my usage

Discus and support Scroll up and tab like function automatically interferes my usage in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I have an issue that it is automatically setting a 'disorganized' mode in which the screen 'changes icon selection' similar to tab key and scroll up...     Scroll up and tab like function automatically interferes my usage


    I have an issue that it is automatically setting a 'disorganized' mode in which the screen 'changes icon selection' similar to tab key and scroll up uninterruptedly and i only can stop if i press something like: Caps Lock, Tab or perhaps space or up arrow until it happen all again right after. I tried already to go to device manager and uninstalling the keyboards so it would install again, but nothing works, even anti virus didn't find any cause for this. I use a HP EliteBook 840 G3.
