Windows 10: Scroll wheel doesn't work on a specific dialog

Hello,


I have a Dell mouse whose scroll wheel works on all of my apps and in most Windows dialogs. However, I have noticed that it no longer functions on one specific window, and I'm pretty sure it used to in the past i.e. a preview Windows update. I don't know the official name of the window, but I'll try to describe it. If I try to copy 4 or more files to a folder that already has files with those names present, I will get the following dialog:


Title: Replace or Skip Files


Copying 4 items from xxxxx to yyyyy


The destination has 4 files with the same names


Replace the files in the destination


Skip these files


Let me decide for each file


If I then click "Let me decide for each file", I will then get a second dialog with the title "4 Total File Conflicts" with the heading "Which files do you want to keep?" with thumbnails for each file pair displayed in a list. When there are 4 or more files being copied, there will be a scroll bar at the right, since not all of the file pairs will fit in the window. In the past, I could use my scroll wheel to scroll the window, but that no longer works. I have to manually click and drag on the bar to scroll it.


This is a small thing, but it's inconsistent with how every other window with a scroll bar behaves in Windows. I'm wondering if it's just my system that is doing this, or if it's a Windows "bug" that might be fixed in a future release.


*BONUS*


I was just updating the description before I hit Submit here, and noticed something really interesting! I have the conflicts dialog on my second monitor while I am typing this, and if I hover my mouse over that dialog but don't make it active, the scroll wheel will work on the dialog! However, if I select the dialog i.e. make it active, then the scroll wheel stops working, as before. Very odd!

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Ctrl + Alt + mouse scroll wheel works on a windows 10 Home etition Version 10.0.16299But it doesn`t work on Windows 10 Entreprise 2016LTSB Version 10.0.1.14393 (last update done)

Can Microsoft say if this functionality wiill be available on ecry Windiws 10 ?
