Windows 10: Scrolling is a bit jumpy.

When I scroll on a page it gets a little jumpy and I do not know what the problem is. It was not like this yesterday it just started when I turned my PC on today.

Wireless mouse scroll wheel is jumpy

I had a wireless mouse and after like three weeks the scroll wheel started being jumpy and I thought there was something wron with the mouse itself so I went to the store and exchanged it for another mouse that was the same. And that mouse did work normally
for a couple of months and then the scroll wheel started being jumpy on it was well so I tried changing the batteries and it worked. But then after like three weeks the scroll wheel started being jumpy again (Changing the batteries didn't work this time).
And I've tried looking on the internet for a solution but I can't find one. Some say it's dirt that has gotten clogged in under the wheel but I've had other mice that aren't wireless for years and they never had that problem.

So I don't know if it is some setting on my computer or if the wheel is really clogged or it is just a bad quality mouse. But someone please help it has gotten really annoying like at first I was kinda okay with the jumpy thing while I was scrolling on websites
but I edit photos and I use the scroll wheel to zoom in and out but now I can't do it normally so please someone help

Bug: Jumpy scrolling in some applications

Hey there,

I'm experiencing the same issue on my Omnia 7 (OS version is exactly the same). I haven't given the Twitter App a whirl yet, but the Facebook App is definitely jumpy after a little bit of scrolling.

I'm not sure how long it has been since I originally got/updated the App, so I can't be fully certain when this started for me. It sucks that my old Nokia E63 (running the now dead Symbian OS) browsed these networks more efficiently than my new Smartphone.
