Windows 10: Scrolling is broke on win10 1909

Scrolling is broke on win10 1909 ver. 18363.535, it works in explorer but nothing else; store, settings and everything else it just scrolls to the top of the page,in settings as soon as you select an item it goes back to the top.

I have ran sfc/scannow and not integrity violations detected.

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

 

Win10 1909 broke bluetooth

After an upgrade from Windows 10 1903 to 1909, my bluetooth is broken. When enabled, my PC beeps constantly and the Device Manager flashes like it is adding hardware. If I disabled BT in Device Manager, the beeping stops. In Win10 Settings, there is no option
to turn BT on/off.

I updated the drivers for my Intel Wireless Bluetooth to 20.100.6.3 (6/18/2019) and for my Intel Dual band Wireless-AC 3168 to 19.51.25.1 (9/2/2019) to no avail. Hard and soft reboots galore, no joy.

Here is my update history, but it doesn't show the 1909 update:

 

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
