    Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop wireless signals don't work


    Both the mouse and key pad don't reliable work anymore although I replaced the batteries. Things sometimes work for a short while but soon the keyboard does not react at all and the mouse may need 3 clicks to finally react. No idea whether the problem is in the USB stick? Can I cannect to PC without that stick/some other tools? thanks Nino

    • What is the version of Windows installed?


    I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
    Support     to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
    Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

    Keyboard of Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Wireless Desktop Keyboard and Mouse stopped working

    * Original title: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Wireless Keyboard, Mouse and Number Pad Combo

    The keyboard of Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Wireless stopped but the numeric pad and mouse still works. I saw the issue was brought up in the web but did not work for him.

    I'd appreciate any help on this problem.

    Is it possible to get a replacement? If so, what information do you need from me?
