Windows 10: Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard a+w+4 combination doesn't work

but e.g. a+w+3 or a+w+5 are working fine. discovered that in game, but it's not game specific, it can be reproduced in any text editor or these test utilities

PS this utility https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/hot_keys_list.html shows that such combination is not used by any process.

tried to troubleshoot according to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/258826.

is it related to my case and does it mean that the keyboard can't handle such combination by design? which is strange because such combinations are very popular in games.

I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

Bluetooth Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard

Is anyone aware if Microsoft is considering releasing bluetooth version of the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard (or Desktop)?

In my opinion, it would be a great step forward for this great product.

 

Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard partially working

I have the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard.....for some reason, the keyboard portion is not responding (the number pad works fine). I have gone thru all of the troubleshooting suggestions and they either don't apply or did not fix the issue. It would seem
as though I accidentally hit some kind of "off switch", but I can't figure out where that is. Batteries are fine, software/drivers are up to date, etc. Any other suggestions????
