    Sculpt ergonomic keyboard question mark not working properly


    Hello All,The question mark doesn't work properly on my keyboard: I have to press "Shift" + "," many times to get the question mark randomly. But sometimes it looks like "shift" is stuck and all the written text is selected. I can't get rid of the selection only when I select a random command after right-clicking with the mouse.I tried both of the "shift" keys and also in combination with other keys and everything worked fine. The "." key works OK, too. So I'm assuming it's not a mechanical fault. Any idea [question mark] :-Cheers, Gábor

    • What is the version of Windows installed?


    I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
    Support     to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
    Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

    I understand that you are facing issues while using the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard on your PC as it stops working. For more clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below.



    1. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC?
    2. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
    3. Does the issue occurs while using a specific application or all the applications?
    4. Is the trans-receiver for the keyboard connected properly to the PC?


    Meanwhile, you can try re-installing the drivers and Microsoft Mouse and keyboard center for the keyboard and check if that helps. You can download the drivers from the

    Microsoft website    .



    If the issue persists, please get back to us with the results of troubleshooting steps to assist you better.

    Bluetooth Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard

    Is anyone aware if Microsoft is considering releasing bluetooth version of the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard (or Desktop)?

    In my opinion, it would be a great step forward for this great product.
