Windows 10: sea of thieves alt tab connection lost

When I alt tab while playing Sea of thieves, my connection drops or if I enter any other application, my connection drops.How can i solve this problem please help.I am using win11 last version

Today I downloaded sea of thieves on my windows 10. I opened sea of thieves and it suddenly closed the game after a split second, I tried multiple times but got nothing, any suggestions?
