Windows 10: Sea of Thieves help

So I have like 10 gbs on my C drive and cannot download SOT on my E drive where I have over 100 gigs. How can I download it to a different drive than C cuz it doesnt let me. I couldnt play this game for over years now , it was one of my favourite. I cant delete 80 gigs of space from my C drive its only 250gb , and basically I just have windows on that.

Today I downloaded sea of thieves on my windows 10. I opened sea of thieves and it suddenly closed the game after a split second, I tried multiple times but got nothing, any suggestions?
