    Seagate drive not being recognised by smart TV and pc sometimes too


    Seagate drive not being recognised by smart tv and pc sometimes too. Drivers are updated in device manager. I don't know what's happening. Tried different ports on TV too still the same. Help would be greatly appreciated.

    List of Windows 10 bugs that need addressing.

    Since I have upgraded to Windows 10, I have discovered that Samsung Allshare play and Seagate Dashboard are not compatible. Which means the smart TV that I have is not that smart anymore also I cannot backupmy PC to my 1TB hard drive. God knows what I'll

    Restoring One Drive data on Seagate Backup Portable Drive to Windows Explorer -To This PC -Documents

    Thought I was being smart; bought a Seagate Backup Portable Drive to backup data. Big mistake! Lost some needed documents that were stored in my Windows 10 One Drive. Tried using the Seagate Dashboard RESTORE program but it did not restore any One Drive
    documents. Called Seagate for help. Rep indicated that One Drive is a Microsoft Cloud program and the Seagate Drive could not restore One Drive documents. If it can be done, how do I retrieve the One Drive documents on the Seagate Drive and restore them to
    the Windows Explorer-To This PC-Documents? I now realize I could have simply used a flash drive to copy the One Drive documents.
