I had logged in to Microsoft account with my office microsoft ID *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. An external Hard disk, Seagate Portable drive got locked with BIT Locker. I am unable to locate the recovery key and unable to access the drive. The drive had important data which I am unable to access now. 1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit locker key - Unable to find

My laptop is asking for a bit locker key. My laptop is not registered with microsoft acccount and I am unable to find the bit locker key.

I have the recovery key. How can i get the bit locker key with the help of recovery key.

I have not set up the bit locker key for my laptop. When i tried to login yesterday, it is asking for bit locker key.

Can you please help me fix this issue

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0
