Restart the computer and press F10 to boot into Setup (Bios) go to the Security Tab. If Secure Boot is Enabled, using your Arrow and Enter key, Disable it or change it to Setup Mode. Go to the Boot Tab. If UEFI Bios is enabled, see if you can Add Legacy Boot, or change UEFI to Legacy. The USB HDD should now be viewable as a bootable device. Move this to First Boot Device. Save and Exit
If you correctly burned the Windows installer ISO image to the external HDD, the computer on reboot should say Press Any Key to Boot From USB Device. If not, the drive is not bootable, try burning the ISO image using Rufus in my signature. Or Legacy Boot is not Enabled, or the USB Drive is not First Boot Device in the Bios. You can now be able to press ESC or F9 at bootup and you can do a one time change of boot order.
You can also create a UEFI Bootable USB drive using Rufus and you wouldn't need to change to Legacy. See option #2 How To Make UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 8 | Next of Windows

Under Boot Options Select Legacy Support, using your Arrow and Enter Key, Enable it. Secure Boot is already Disabled. Move USB Diskette/USB HDD to First Legacy Boot Device, Save and Exit.
Or create a UEFI Bootable USB drive with Rufus as outlined in the last posts link

 

I worked, downloaded the Win10, plugged it in let it go to Advance Options, did the UEFI Firmware, clicked restart, chose boot option there, and booted. just finished updating and installing drivers.
