Windows 10: Search bar suggestions don't work anymore, how to fix?

Clicking on a search bar would open list of most used apps, and I'd just click on one of them to launch it.But, for some time now, it doesn't happen. I only get list of random apps, some of them I literally never used. All apps I often use are not on the list anymore. And list is "permanent", suggested apps never changes.I put image bellow; red arrowed stuff are those I never used. It's same when I switch from "all" to "apps", etc. They're only being filtered into groups.So, now I need to type letters into search bar to get desired apps. IE11 Google Toolbar no auto search suggestions, no search history?

Since the last Win 10 update my Google Toolbar won't list any search suggestions as I type and there is no search history listed. The Google tool bar will allow a search, but after a few searches no search history shows and no "clear search" button is listed either.

I have turnd on "Suggest searches as you type", and "store search histroy on my computer" in the Google Toolbar options.

Any suggestions to fix this?

ok just a update i did double check to see if i have show search suggestions in address bar results but i still i have show search suggestions in address bar results in settings 91.0 ESR but disabling show search suggestions in address bar results is not working in 91.0 ESR
