Windows 10: Search broken. Online resources don't help.

I can not search for anything on my PC anymore. Build 1903. Education edition.

Cortana has the green leaf icon in my process list, so it appears to be suspended. SearchUI.exe in the details list says suspended as well. I do not use third party antivirus software. I cannot update due to my graphics drivers not being compatible (they are made for certain builds, it's a eGPU). I have not done anything recently to my system that should have caused this. I have tried "sfc /scannow" in elevated CMD, index troubleshooter in settings, reinstalling Cortana in Powershell, but none produce viable results. I use the search function for almost everything. It's been having issues lately (cant execute from search minus a few applications like settings), but now it won't produce any results at all. This is so frustrating. Google isn't much help.

Edit: On restart, I can open the search menu and it does function properly (so seems like not a corruption issue). At some point after starting my computer, it becomes suspended. My memory usage is only sitting at 12%, so there's no reason it should be disabled. Device specs: https://i.imgur.com/uwNF7oM.png

WarRock 3D Detection don´t works

Hello Guys,

i had a problem with my Card. The card didn´t wanted to change in 3D Modus. Ok now i removed the other 2 Pins and now it runs in 3D Modus in 3DMark06 too. The Card is a HD 2900GT. But my Game WarRock don´t runs in 3D Modus. Is there a List where i can start the game in 3D Manual? Because in Automatic it don´t want start because the Card don´t see that it is an 3D Game. Can someone help me?

Thanks for the suggestion but still didn't work. I tried to restart after it problem still there.

Any other suggestions that I haven't done or some same steps that I forgot something.

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
