Windows 10: search highlight stuck on bingchat button, how to have daily picture back?

it is already several month that the usual daily highlight picture in W11 searchbar that supposed to change everyday is stuck on that annoying bingchat button.also it seems that on some laptop/computer with exactly the same build version in my case 22621.1992 the usual daily picture is back, or was never replaced by permanent ugly bingchat logo. some are thinking it is related to hardware, because this problem seems to remain mostly on AMD computers, when computers with others CPU brand have this problem solved with moment 3.What i have to do, to have the event pictures that change everyday

since few week, the usual highlight of the day in W11 taskbar was replaced by the bingchat logo.

I find it really annoying to see this ugly bing bubble EVERYDAY and it is useless since it is not even a sidebar integrated feature but only the link for bing page on edge. I prefer by far the lovely daily event icon.

Like i said, i don't want to completely disable the highlight search, i just want theevent picture that change everyday back.

i know this procedure, but like i said, I don't want the highlight search gone, just the bing chat AI button and have the daily event picture icon (the heart icon for valentine day, forest icon for nature day, etc) replace it in the searchbar like it was before

 

Quick Access not searching Pictures folder

Summary, that last suggestion didn't work.

• I moved the pictures to another folder temporarily.

• Then I tried to remove the Pictures folder with option one at Add or Remove Folders from This PC in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials. Even after rebooting, the Pictures folder remained.
• So I tried using option two. Same thing: reboot >> Pictures folder still there.

• Since there were no troubleshooting steps for this scenario, just for the heck of it, I ran through the restore steps. Copied some pictures into the Pictures folder, ran a Quick Access search and initial problem remains: Searching all of QA doesn't find any files in Pictures folder, running search on just the Pictures folder does. I want to run a global search and find matching files in any/all of the Documents, Music, Videos, and Pictures folders.

That article dates from 2015 and I'm guessing is out of date. I hope it didn't create potential future problems in my registry.

Bottom line: I'm still looking for a fix.
