Windows 10: Search results from the Search Pane, on the Right side bar of Edge browser, doesn't display...

Search results from the Search Pane, on the Right sidebar of the Edge browser, doesn't display navigation for "All, Images, Videos, Shopping, News, Web, Maps, etc." Why is Microsoft changing what works? Those quick navigation links used to be very convenient for checking images and videos of your search results, especially when studying.The new Search result looking like a deck of flashcards is completely useless. What is it with this new direction to go OVER simplistic!!!!!!!

Turn Off Web Search Results When Searching My Computer

Hi,

If you are pertaining to the Cortana search web results, you can disable it and improve local search results. Follow the steps below to disable web results:

• Click the search bar.
• Select the Notebook icon on the left pane of the search bar.
• From the options, select Settings. (Note: On the later versions of Windows, the Settings button might be outside the Notebook icon.)
• On the Settings, toggle the Cortana gives me suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts and more option to
  Off.
• On the lower part, turn off the Search online and included web results option as well.

After doing the steps, try using search again and see if the web results will now disappear.

Search bar does not display local system searches

Hello,

• What exactly do you mean when you say "lense search still does not display edge and ie main icons and etc"?
• Are you not able to get the search results?

For now let's try the below steps and check if it helps:

1. Right click on the Taskbar and select Task manager.

2. Now click on Cortana and select End Process.

3. Now try using the search and check if its working fine.

Youtube search results and Edge Browser

Has anybody else experienced this? It only happens when I'm logged in, when I'm not search results are normal.
