Windows 10: Search within folder contain searchable PDF files

i have a folder containing all PDF Searchable files i scanned. The folder is shared among my computers via OneDrive, one running windows 10 and the other Windows 11. when I search within the folder on windows 10 different keywords, I immediately get accurate results, however on windows 11 I'm not able to find anything, it will show me results if i was to type 2 or 3 letters but no results once i search for complete words. in addition, the results showing some gibberish words see screenshot. i tried going through the indexing options to make sure the folder I'm trying to search within is indexe

Searching in PDF?

Hey guys, I need to look up a large list of data from a PDF file, basically just to check if each entry of the list is in the pdf. Is there some way to do this without having to check one by one?

 

Conditional searches for folder that contain a specfic combantion of file extenisions

Cab anyone help with the following problem

I have about 1,000 book folders that contain either1, 2 or 3 files with the extensions OPF , JPG and EPUB.

What I would like to do is a search on the folders that would list all those folders that contain OPF and JPG file extensions only. if it contains a file with the .EPUB extension I want the search to ignore the folder.

I've tried using the Search box in File Explorer with Boolean Logic (AND NOT OR) with no joy and I've tried regular expression but having trouble getting my head around how to set the expression.

If anyone could help by suggesting a solution or even a file search program it would be appreciated.

cannot search anymore my pdf files

Hello

since today my windows 10 is not able to search pdfs correctly. given a folder containing >1000 pdf files, I want to list all the files containing a given keyword within the document. I was able to do that until yesterday using windows explorer and typing
the keyword in the searchbar. Now I'm not able to do that anymore as the search only find words and excel files containing a given keyword but not pdf files. I re-installed ifiler from adobe, deleted and reloaded the folder for indexed search (control panel,
indexing options, advances) I also went on the task manager and made sure that Wsearch is running, however I'm still unable to visualise all the pdf files that contain a given keyword.

Can someone please help
