Windows 10: Searchbar does not show results

Hi All,I run an embroidery business and utilize a software call ES Designer. Within designer, it allows you to store the title of the design whilst being able to save the embroidery file as a different name.So, if i were to digitize the Microsoft logo, the title of the file will be called "Microsoft", but the embroidery file that is generated will be called "E1"Given that we have approximately 9000 designs, we are unable to remember the "E" number of all of them. In order to find the design on the system, I usually insert the title name in the taskbar and the "E" number appears and that is how

windows explorer search won't show any results

Windows explorer search won't show any results. I've tried the 10 step method listed in the web search. no luck.

 

Most Used List not showing correct results

Did you by any change right clicked on the program from the Most used list and selected the option
Don't show in this list?

If you have selected the Don't show in this list
option then the program will not appear again in the Most used list.

I would suggest you to run System Maintenance troubleshooter
and check. Please follow these steps:

a. Type troubleshooting in the search box on taskbar.

b. Click troubleshooting in the search results.

c. Click "View all" and then click "System Maintenance".

d. Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions.
