Windows 10: Searching for a name using a phone number.

Hello! I'm looking for a way to make a rule where I can have a search engine at the top of my excel sheet. Essentially, I want to search someones phone number and in a separate cell I want it to say their name. Can anyone help me with this? It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Search Contact based on phone number

Is there a way to search a contact based on the phone number. To be clear I have a phone number and I wanted to find out if it is in my contact list. I just don't want to dial and call the number which will find the name.

Trying to search contacts with a name containing a number.

I am trying to search for a contact name containing a number, "M2". The "alt" key will not select the number "2" above the "e" key. It will only select "e". Any suggestions?

 

Windows 10 search for a specific folder name and file name

Carlos: Thanks for your reply. What you suggest is what I have been doing. I search for folders with a specific name and get a list. Then I have to search each folder for a specific file. So it's a two step search and that's what I was trying to avoid.

I assume there are applications out there that allow for an "AND" search in Windows. I'll try that approach.
