Windows 10: secdrv.sys blue screen

Hello,

Question is.. Can I delete this annoying thing called secdrv.sys It causes my PC to bluescreen once a day.. Will there be any problems if I do so? I am just so f.n.g TIRED of trying to fix this problem.
