    Second disk showing 100% disk usage. How to fix this?


    Hey, i have a question.


    My laptop internal disk usage was showing 100%, i have tried a lot of methods nothing happened. So I have added a nvme ssd.


    Now my laptop is working fine but the other hard driver is still showing 100%usage in task manager. And it doesn't let me copy data from it.


    I can't format it as the data in it previous for me. So could anyone please help me how can i fix this?


    It had bad sectors i had repaired them with hdd regenerator bootable flash. I have tried using it as an external hard drive to take out data. Nothing worked.


    I have done chkdsk. I have formated the partition which contained windows earlier. c drive. However it is still not working properly.


    Need help.

    100% disk usage

    The most common cause of 100% disk usage appears to be Superfetch and Prefetch, but there are also other causes. You can try disabling both these features and see if it helps.
