Windows 10: Second keyboard layout

Hi all, I have just installed win10 64bit and am at a loss on how to install a second keyboard layout. I am learning Russian and had the Cyrillic keyboard with my old win7 os. I looked at the language packs but do not want to change all of my os to Russian (it would take me a long time to do anything..), just the Alt+Shift I used to do. I checked both these forums and google and could not find a thing. Makes me think it's not available, but I hope I am wrong.

How to adding two input method in one language bar ?

Before in windows 8.1 the central Kurdish keyboard was not very good and not standard but in windows 10 every thing is OK but the only problem is that Central Kurdish has two input method one based on English characters (English layout) and second one based
on Arabic characters (Arabic Layout) the new keyboard for Kurdish in windows 10 is based to English characters its English layout only so we made new keyboard for those people that used Arabic layout before , now when i install Arabic layout it will not shown
in central Kurdish to choose it as second one. otherwise we have to make the Arabic layout install over another language that we dont use like Kannada or Nigeria ...etc except central Kurdish . so now i want to install Arabic layout with English layout that
exist in windows 10 so any Kurdish user that used Arabic layout will select Arabic layout and someone that used English layout will choose English layout , how i can do this?

Different Keyboard pattern after Re-installing Windows 10

To better understand the query, please answer the following questions:

1. You would like to revert back to he previous keyboard layout style which is in the first screenshot, is that correct?

2. Did you install any third party program to change the layout style of the keyboard?

Please be informed that the second image in the screenshot attached is the default on-screen keyboard layout of Windows 10, therefore, it looks like you have installed a third party program to change the design of the layout.

No, you don't need whole language pack to ad keyboard layout.
Go to Control Panel > Language > Add a Language. For most of languages there's even several possible keyboard layouts.

 

Thank you very much for replying. I looked at the language part in settings, but in a very blonde moment thought it would replace English.. now after reading your reply and having another look at it see that it 'ADDS' a language. Geez, what a dill.. haha.
