Windows 10: Second monitor stops displaying FullHD after turning off PC. Can't simply choose resolution...

So, i've had this monitor since windows 10 and it worked without a problem. Now on my new PC with RTX 3080 on Windows 11 under Display Settings, it shows only two resolutions; 800x600 and 1024x768. The monitor support FullHD resolution. I've already done Roll back adapter driver, Uninstalled and reinstalled Nvidia drivers to no avail. Tried a few other tinkery stuff from forums, that had similar troubles. Still, Windows 11 seems to think it does not support any other resolution. -Threw away too much time with this unfathomable problem. THE ONLY THING WORKING to make monitor display the correct

Windows 10 Monitor Resolution Problem (Cant choose FullHD)

I recently uprgraded to Windows 10, from my Win 8.1 Pro (For my older notebook and also my newer tablet). On tablet everything works great, except I am missing Cortana because of region (but its problem for another thread). But when I upgraded Windows on
my older notebook, display resolution downgrade from FullHD to 1024x768 (cca, i cant remember number). I couldnt choose anything higher than that for build-in FullHD display neither for external monitor + when I plugged in my external FullHD monitor, my build-in
monitor turned off, so I couldnt use them both.

I tried to go to Device Manager and choose display (there was yellow warning sign) and manually update to newer driver, its got better for external monitor (to 1600x1200 or something like that), but still I wasnt able to choose FullHD or to use both monitors
at once. Can you help me solve this problem please?

In order to for your Windows 10 to show the native display for the second monitor, you may revert all screen settings back to default, and see if this resolves the issue. If it doesn't, you may try these steps:

• Press Windows key + P.
• If your monitor settings is on Duplicate, try choosing
  Extend.
• If your monitor settings is on Extend try choosing the
  Duplicate.
• Check the resolution if both monitors are showing the same resolution value.
