Windows 10: Second Screen Error "Can't show protected content. Connection is not secure." Please help fix.

I'm trying to use my tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ as a second screen using the second screen feature. It used to work just fine but now my tablet shows a completely black screen with the cursor still able to move. It says "can't show protected content. Connection is not secure". I've followed every tutorial video and article on how to fix this problem but nothing works. I've seen old threads with the same problem but no fix. Microsoft Edge TLS Security

After trying everything (not a lot of steps) listed in the Microsoft Edge support site, I did a wider search and found this very simple youtube video that fixed it immediately:

For those who prefer not to click links the steps are simple:

1. Click in the Cortana search bar next to the Win 10 Start button

2. Type internet options

3. Select internet options (control panel) from the list

4. Click on the advanced tab

5. Scroll down to the security section

6. Make sure the following are all clicked:
Use SSL 3.0
Use TLS 1.0
Use TLS 1.1
Use TLS 1.2

7. Click apply

8. Refresh the page that was giving the error and it should now connect.

Hope this helps, it was a 30 second fix after hours of pounding my head against the error with the Support site suggestions.

 

Connect error: Protected content cannot be viewed on this device

I am trying to use Continuum on the Lumia 950 to connect to my Windows 10 PC screen (wirelessly). The Connect app on the PC says it is "ready for you to connect wirelessly", but when I try to project the PC pops an error: "Protected content cannot be viewed
on this device". The phone screen shows the track pad as if it was working fine, and all I get on the PC is a black screen and the pointer (which moves normally when controlled using the track pad).

What does this mean and is there a work around or fix?

I had it working several weeks ago on the same two devices, so its a little curious.
