Windows 10: Second Screen still active in Win11 when turned off

I have been using my Lenovo Ideapad 330-17IKB with an Intel UHD 620 Graphics Card & i tried to connect an old Philips TV via HDMI to my Laptop as an expanded - Laptop Display is the Main-Display in the Settings - Desktop. The Problem is, that when i turn off the TV Win11 doesn't recognize it, that it is shut off; the Sound is gone but i can still see it moving in the System Settings & opened Windows still remain on the second Desktop. i already updated the Drivers of the GPU & of the TV, but it still doesn't work properly. • Is your monitor screen already connected to your laptop before turning it on?

Project Second screen constantly appearing.

• what is the exact issue that you want us to help with? Do you want to get help in projecting a second screen or to remove the popup?
• As you've said " I tried unsuccessfully to project a screen", do you wish to project a second screen currently?
• What happened exactly when you tried to project a second screen? Did you receive any error message or any error code?

The popup comes as the system might not be able to detect the monitors. I suggest you to update the Display drivers, it may force the system to detect the available monitors. Here is the steps:

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manger.
• Locate the driver and expand the driver icon.
• Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
