Windows 10: Second time in 12 months that a Windows PC I work on won’t boot

Hi all.

Last year in January my PC wouldn’t let me open the Microsoft store. I needed to use that app so I could get the HEIC codec reader. The only solution that I could find (and hadn’t yet tried) was to reset Windows. Fun!! I put off doing that, until one day my hand was forced. The computer wouldn’t come back from being shut down. I tried a bunch of commands in cmd, and every other fix available in the recovery menu. Finally I just reset the whole thing; what a waste of 3 days spent diagnosing and troubleshooting!

Today, my mom was struggling to use her computer. The printer wasn’t connected properly! I went into my local user account and notice the horseman of death, a broken Microsoft store. Thinking nothing of it, I rebooted her computer after trying a Powershell fix. Guess what? Blue Recovery Window of Death! So I tried a recovery OS, I tried letting the computer fix “problems with the drive” and all that did was block it from reaching the recovery screen now

How the actual F666 can an operating system be sold for over $100 and still not work? I don’t do anything “risky” either, and somehow it always breaks.

My pc won´t boot Windows 10 from USB/DVD

So I wanted to change from my Windows 10 x32 bits to 64x. I downloaded the Mediacreationtool and used it in both a USB and a DVD. Tried used the usb, the disk and both at the same time but they won´t boot.

I have a P7H55-M motherboard, the BIOS is updated and configured to boot first DVD, second usb and third SATA.

So if someone could help me it´d be great.

windows 10 home x64 won´t recognize my second xeon

I have a dual xeon computer (xeon e5620). I upgraded this week to Windows 10 home and now my pc won´t recognize my second processor. Any help? Thanks in advance.
