Windows 10: Secondary Display not showing after clean install

I've just done a clean install of Windows 10 and updated all Windows to the most recent, however Windows does'nt see or recognise my secondary Display/TV. There have been no changes to my TV setting, they remain as they were before I did the clean install, I have the most up to date NVidia drivers but even with the drivers that came with Win 10 my secondary display did not show. It doesnt even show in the Nvidia Control panel, the primary monitor which uses the 'Display Port' connection and the secondary uses HDMI.





The TV does however show in connected devices and in 'Devices and printers'







I've always used my TV to watch movies and TV shows but now I'm unable to, can anyone give me advice on how to re-enable the 2nd dispaly
