Windows 10: Secondary drive goes to 100% whenever im afk.

Hi, i have been experiencing some weird issues ever since i reinstalled my pc. The secondary drive always goes to 100% after about 4-5 minutes of being afk on the computer and it stops when i move my cursor. The process using it is called "System" and it only shows up in task manager, it doesnt show up as anything in process explorer and performance monitor. Even after 1 hour of waiting the drive is still being 100% utilized and it only stops when i move my mouse. The drive shows up as "Good" in crystaldiskinfo.I've tried restarting my pc and exiting apps, but it still doesnt work.I'll post my

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.
