    Secondary GPU not showing in graphics settings/graphics performance preferences


    I currently have two gpus in my system, a GTX 1080 primary and an RX570 secondary. I would like to use my primary gpu for playing games and my secondary gpu for other tasks using graphics performance preferences but only my 1080 is showing up in the options. I have drivers installed for both gpus and they are both detected help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    Hi,

    I just updated my laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10, as far as I know everything went well, then after I wanted to launch a game.

    When I wanted to launch a game, it will use my integrated graphics and not my graphics card. I am suppose to run it on my AMD Radeon HD 8670M but when change the setting to "High Performance", it will still use my Integrated GPU. When I was still using windows
    7, this is fine.

    And when I go to 'graphics settings" the only graphics card option it has is only my integrated graphics card.

    What supposed to appear: Power Saving

    GPU: AMD Radeon HD 8330

    High Performance

    GPU: AMD Radeon HD 8670M

    I installed the latest drivers I could find which is from 9/9/2020.

    Not able to select gpu when selecting graphics settings in graphics performance preferances

    Hello. I have been having this problem since today when i downgraded from windows 11 to windows 10. I was having too much problems on windows 11 so i went to 10. When i was on windows 11 i was able to choose between my apu im guessing it is and my discrete gpu on graphics performance preferences. My apu is a AMD Raedon TM Graphics and my gpu is a AMD RX 5500. Now that im back on windows 10 trying to select my discrete gpu it wouldn't show up. I can see both my display drivers in device manager so i don't know any solution i would think i would be able to use my gpu if my pc clearly detects it. here a screenshot of what i see.

    Hi, thanks for reaching out! Sorry about the frustration encountered and please allow me to assist you.

    Have you installed Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition later than 19.12.1? This is required to customize graphics performance preference within Windows 10 Graphics settings.

    If you are still having problems, please provide the build of Windows 10 you have.
