Windows 10: Secondary internal disk shows up as removable (Intel RST)

Hi, I have Lenovo C730 with 512 GB M.2 drive and secondary 1 TB HDD. Problem is that Windows shows up secondary drive as removable. In C730 BIOS there is no any settings related to "Hot-Plug" or something like that. I have latest Intel RST driver installed (17.7.0.1006). Windows 10 1909.

And this - Driver "Policies" Tab not showing in Windows - Super User
But none of these solutions works. After Windows restart, secondary drive still shows up as removable. I think Intel RST has different registry entries for this. Maybe someone has possible solution?

Intel RST service is not running

The Intel RST service is for the Intel Rapid Storage Driver. The Intel Rapid Storage Driver provides speed for data transfer and improves the performance for SATA drives or PCIe drives.

• What is the make and model of the computer and motherboard?
  

You can follow the methods mentioned below and check if that helps:

Method 1: Changing the startup type for Service

You can try changing the startup type for the Intel RST service and check if that makes a difference. Please refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press and hold Windows key + R, to open
   Run dialog box.
   
2. Type serivces.msc and click on
   OK.
   
3. Now, scroll down, look for Intel RST service, right click on it and click on
   Properties.
   
4. Now, under startup type select Automatic from the drop down menu.
   
5. Click on Apply and OK.
   

Method 2: Updating the drivers manually

You can try downloading the latest version of Intel Rapid Storage Driver from the

Intel Website and check if that helps. However, I would suggest checking with the motherboard manufacturer website as well.

My disk is not an Intel product. Why do I have to install Intel RST?

When I seek to install the recent Windows update(1903), Windows Update mandates me to install Intel RST. Despite this, I do not use an Intel SSD nor have a Intel RST disk manager. Instead, my disk is Micron 1100 and my only disk manager is the Microsoft's
one. Why do I have to install Intel RST?

Mmmm. No problem with Windows seeing the drive.

So, the issue is why the UEFI does not see the drive in the Hot Swap list.
It looks like you have 5 internal hard drives? Or is Disk 3 (X) an external?
Can you confirm that all internal hard drives are connected to the Intel SATA connectors (Ports 1-6), and that none are connected to the secondary (Probably Marvell) SATA ports?
