    Secondary Montior Artifacting/Lagging when Application in Fullscreen on Primary


    Hello everyone,I have an issue with my secondary Monitor showing massive artifacts and the whole system lagging for the duration the artifacts are on screen. Those artifacts only appear when a fullscreen application is running on the primary display Games, Video and the secondary monitor is in focus. GPU usage does not matter.So far I have found out that this issue does not happen if I drive both monitors with the same refresh rate. Unfortunately this is not a solution to me since I would like to use the whole 240hz of my primary screen while my secondary can only do 144hz.I have also noted

    Icons move from primary screen to secondary when I start game in fullscreen mode

    Recently my windows updated to new version (version with new 3D paint) and whenever I start game in fullscreen, icons that are on primary screen move to secondary screen and after I close a game icons move back to primary screen. Icons do not rearrange.
    I find this really annoying and I wonder if I can somehow turn this off.

    Transferring SQL Client Access Licenses from primary server to secondary server.

    1. If we go with SQL Server + CAL base licensing . can we transfer SQL CALs from my primary server to secondary when my primary server fails or down ?
    2. If we go for SQL Server + CAL base licensing what all SQL CAL licenses need to be installed(need to buy) on primary and Secondary server. ?
    3. If we go for SQL Server Core Base licensing what all SQL licenses need to be installed(need to buy) on primary and Secondary server ?
    4. can we use SQL core base license as a primary and SQL CAL base license as secondary or vice versa ?

    Secondary Montior Artifacting/Lagging when Application in Fullscreen on Primary

    Projection resets after closing a fullscreen app

    So i have a dual monitor setup, but everytime i log into my account i have to press win+p to set the projection to extend, also when i close a fullscreen application it just also resets(only primary monitor is on, the other goes off). Is there a way to prevent
    this? Because i have some fullscreen applications which restart sometimes, and everytime after a restart of the application, the secondary monitor goes off, and the application starts on the primary monitor with a disorted resolution.
