Windows 10: Secondary touchpad buttons do not work after update

hi,After getting Windows 10 my secondary set of touchpad buttons located on the top of my keypad though the primary ones still work located at the bottom of my touchpad is there any additional software that I have to download to get these keys to work again?

With regard to your query, we suggest that you try to chech the button configuration settings in Mouse Properties by following the steps below:

• Press the Windows key and select Settings.
• Click on Devices.
• Under Mouse and touchpad settings,click on Additional mouse options.
• In Buttons tab, make sure that the Switch primary and secondary buttons
  option is disabled.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

Mouse and touchpad secondary button malfunction

Hello, I have a problem with an ASUS ROG notebook (windows 10), when I use the secondary button of the mouse or touchpad on a single file to open the edition-zipping-etc. menu, the monitor shuts down for a second and then goes to the desktop, and the menu
does not appear. It works allright with folders but not with single files (word, excel, images etc.)

This can be caused by a driver issue. For further isolation of the issue and for us to provide a solution suited to your touchpad concern, we need additional information. Can you answer the questions below?

• When did this happen?
• Were there any recent changes made to your device prior to the issue?
• Have you done any troubleshooting steps so far?

In the meantime, try updating the touchpad driver and see if it will work. Follow the steps below:

• Open Device Manager.
• Look for Mice and other pointing devices and click it to expand.
• Select the touchpad driver then right-click on it and select Properties.
• Under Driver tab, click the Update Driver
  button to update the driver.
