Windows 10: Secondhand Laptop Organizational Account Still Active

Hi there,I purchased a secondhand laptop, and the guy I bought it from left his account active. I still have contact with him. I thought this would be fine, as he mentioned it was his personal laptop and gave me the password for the account. Though, when I tried to reset the PC back to factory settings, the UAC prompt came up. It looks as though he connected to his work Azure AD at some point, and now there are a bunch of things controlled by the work Azure. How do I best go about resetting the PC? Move Azure Microsoft Account to Organizational Account

I'm deeply disappointed with Microsoft support and how confusing all the various Microsoft and Organization account options are.

I have recently installed Windows 10 and log in via an Organizational Account.

I already use the Azure portal but with a Microsoft account.

How can I merge/transfer the accounts so that I can access my Azure VM's via the Organizational Account?

I found a page that said I should log a request in Azure to fix the issue. Only to find that I could not log a help request via 'Microsoft Azure>

Help + support>New support request >Subscription'.

The functionality was broken..

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Can't setup organizational account to outlook

I am the Admin of the organizational accounts, could you please point me on where to reach to see which options to tweak? I've checked on the admin panel and haven't found anything
