Windows 10: SECONDORY TYPE LANGUAGE GUJARATI SETUP

Dear sir ,


We are the coop bank in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, india. We have around 70 PC system with windows 10 pro licence. We had been using all pc in local network with individual setup and also we had set the our secondory language 'GUJARATI' with typing IME and that worked excellent. Now we have installed the windows server 2019 and all pc migrated to Active directory Domain services.


Now In active directory our language setting has been changed and we tried to install our secondory language GUJARATI but it cant.

We need to help from you to how to setup language from active directory that install remotely in all the Users. and we need not to install manually in individual pc even manually installation not allowed to any users. Please do needful and guide us to solve problem.

Gujarati Fonts in Windows 10

Hi Altaf,

Though you have added the Gujarati Language Pack successfully, there's a possibility that it's not been set to be the input method. For us to sort out this concern, we would like to know the following information:

• Do you want to use the Gujarati language as the default language in your PC?
• If not, do you just want it to be one of the input methods and leave the default language as English?

If you want to leave the default language of your PC to English, then we suggest that you add Gujarati as one of the input methods. Here's how:

• Open Settings and click Time & language.
• In the left pane, click Region & language.
• Under Languages, select the Gujarati language and click Options.
• Click Add a keyboard and select the keyboard you want to use.
• Once done, close the Settings window.

Assuming you want to use Gujarati keyboard in Microsoft Word, follow the steps below:

• Open Microsoft Word.
• In the System Tray, click the language icon and select the keyboard you want to use as shown below.
  
  
• You may now begin typing in your Word document and it should display the language of your preference.

Gujarati Indic Language tool not working on Windows 10 .

My PC is working with windows 10 20H2 OSB 19042.330 but since last few months Indic Language Tool for Gujarati (India) has not been working . This Gujarati Indic Language Tool which was working quite satisfactorily without any problems
since very much long period / Years. Gujarati Indic tool downloads on PC and it also reveals available as App on setting but it does not show on Task bar or is not available in Taskbar to change the language to Gujarati Language. Gujarati Language available
in Language which is very much confusing with its "Key Board" and very much consuming time to type for any correspondence. The Gujarati Language provided under languages list is very hard to grasp and time consuming hence most Gujarati people prefer to work
with Indic Language Tool.



I will be very grateful if any solution is offered by anyone.

Thanks for the feedback, Altaf. Based on the information you've provided, it appears that you want to use the Gujarati language in Microsoft Word. In that case, you need to add the language in Microsoft Word itself. Follow these steps:

• Open Microsoft Word.
• Click File > Options.
• Click Language.
• Under Choose Editing Languages, click the drop-down in Add additional editing languages and select your desired language.
• Click Set as Default.
• Click OK.

Once done, try typing and see if the input language in your Word 2010 is changed to Gujarati.
