Secure Boot causing no signal to monitors

I have seen lots of other posts about this same issue but cant seem to fix it.I have a Win11 pc and to play the game Valorant i need to have Secure Boot enabled, after doing so my monitors no longer have any signal. I have tried removing the cmos for upwards of 10 minutes, jumping the cmos from the motherboard, unplugging the graphics card and switching my monitors connection to the motherboard, however I have a Ryzen 7 5700x, which does not have integrated graphics if i’m correct. I do not have any other processor to be able to switch out for.I have run out of ideas and nothing i can find onl

    :)

  2. PC boots up but monitor shows 'no signal' and keyboard not working.

'No signal' means that your monitor is not receiving a video signal that it can display. This is usually due to one of the following causes:

1- The cable going from your computer to your monitor is loose. Power off the monitor, re-attach the cable at both end, power on your monitor. (This step is N/A if you have a laptop or an AIO.)

2- The signal your graphics card is sending to your monitor can't be displayed by your monitor. Boot the computer to Safe Mode, choose a low resolution signal, restart your computer normally, switch to the 'Recommended' resolution for your monitor.

To change the signal resolution: Start > Settings > System > Display > Display resolution.

Your problem is not related to your BIOS, unless you made changes to the BIOS yourself.

Thanks for your answer, however i have checked all cables and connections and these are fine (work with other pc). Re step 2 - i cannot boot to safe mode as there is no monitor signal so i cannot see anything except a black screen.

how can i boot my PC to safe mode if i cannot see anything?

I can't change the signal resolution either as no monitor!!

INPUT SIGNAL OUT OF RANGE while playing Wizard 101

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forum.

    • Since when are you facing this issue?

This happens if the signal from the video adapter exceeds the scan range of the monitor. The video card is feeding the monitor a signal stream in excess of what the monitor can accommodate. The two main causes for this are that either the resolution
or the vertical frequency is set high.

You may try the troubleshooting steps listed in HP and Compaq Flat Panel Monitors - Flat Panel Monitor Displays Message about
No Signal, Signal out of Range, Sleep, or Power Save
    and check if it helps.

    Regards,
