Windows 10: Secure boot isn't turning on in HP laptop windows 11

Secure boot is disabled and greyed out, after clicking on load HP keys I can enable it but when I enable and save changes and laptop boots, I can see in system information that secure boot in off, I've tried everything I know and can't fix it, my partitions are gpt and I'm on UEFI as well, please help

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

On some boards just using fast start may help on the secure boot absence listing some manufactures don't name it as such

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
