Windows 10: Secure Connection Failed; I'm at the end of my rope.

For no reason that I can determine my internet has decided to stop cooperating. My computer says it has connectivity and all troubleshooters find no issues. However, any page, on any browser, that I go to that requires a log in can not connect. I would attach screenshots but I also can't get those to work here so I will provide the exact wording of the error for the three browsers I have.Firefox: Secure Connection FailedAn error occurred during a connection to mail.google.com.The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Which Version and OS Build number of Windows 10 is currently installed? To check, press the
  Windows key, type winver, and press the
  Enter key.
• Have you tried turning off your third-party security software and let Windows Defender enabled?

• What kind of computer are you using? Is it a desktop or a laptop?
• Did you make any recent changes to your computer?
• Have you tried troubleshooting the issue by yourself? If yes, what were the steps you have taken so far?

I would suggest you to try the following and check:

• Verify that the cable connects the modem to the wall jack is connected securely.
• Verify that the cable connects the computer to the modem is attached securely at both ends.
• Restart the router/modem.

How To Connect

I currently have windows 10 pro and a new Galaxy Samsung S8 phone. I am trying to get my phone to connect to my computer via wifi, not bluetooth or cable. I'm sure there is away to do it. I've research this problem for the last 3 days and now I'm at the end of my rope. When I bring down my list of drives and networks under My Computer, I would like to see my phone and it's files as well. I'm at the end of my rope now and can anyone help me?
