    Security at question, signs of a Trojan


    So I started my Surface Pro 7 as usual, and then notice something suspicious. Even though I've set my Windows Hello with my full face, it recognized my just with catching a glare of my hair just the hair, nothing more. I wanna know if this is normal, since I've recently found what I suspect is a Trojan in my device named "Occamy.CDE". I've tried removing that with Windows Security but haven't got any results, so I'd also like to know what it is and how to remove it. I hope to get support as soon as possible

    password sign in

    Hi,

    About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

    If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

    • Go to Settings.
    • Click on Accounts.
    • Click on Sign in options.
    • On the right side, you will see required sign in.
    • Change it to Never.

    Operating Wiindows 10, which was just scrubbed for security. All software downloaded and notebook functions great thanks to you and HP. However, computer won't accept my answers to sign-on security questions. Why? How can I update my answers so that
    I can sign on in case I forget my password?
