Windows 10: Security Concerns Regarding Unauthorized Sign-ins and Data Breaches Microsoft and other apps

I recently noticed multiple unsuccessful sign-ins from various countries on my Microsoft account. Upon further investigation, I found that other users have reported similar issues. Additionally, I discovered some concerning information regarding data breaches involving a stealer log database called ALIEN TXTBASE.In February 2025, a massive data dump of 23 billion rows of stealer logs was released on a Telegram channel named ALIEN TXTBASE. This data contained 284 million unique email addresses along with the websites where they were used and the associated passwords. This data is now searchable

"years old original Skype account user name is "first.last". The new unauthorized Skype account user name is "coincidentally" my Microsoft Account user name which is just a unique string and when I created the Microsoft Account I used my gmail address as the string so it is "L: [email protected]"

If both account sign-ins are the same gmail.com address, there's no issue. By 'User name', are you referring to the name next to your avatar or the sign-in name? The other issue is which version of Skype you are using, the new Store app or the 'classic' Desktop. Here's a screenshot of what my upper L corner looks like in both versions. The L grab is from Desktop, the R from modern Skype app (no name next to avatar but click avatar, you see User name and email). They have the same sign-in email and the same User name next to my avatar if I Skype somebody. Post yours to clarify further.

 

Microsoft Successful Sign Ins

So I regularly check my security dashboard just to make sure eveything is ok. Lately I've noticed that when I check the dashboard on my android through the microsoft authenticator app it lists several successful sign in on a single session. For context, yes these are my sign ins as I approved them all, the locations and times of the sign ins match. My account is passwordless with MFA turned on as well so everything goes through the authenticator app on my phone.

Before, everytime I signed in to see the recent activity section it listed every successful sign in attempt as its own session. Even if its the same device that was used to sign in successfully (which is my phone), it listed it as a seperate session with a single successful sign in. Now it looks something like this (image below). Is this normal behavior or is it something more serious?
