Windows 10: Security info didn't change after 30 days I requested, I can't get verification message on...

I got my laptop locked by bitlocker protection after I enter safe mode. As a result, I can log in to my laptop device. At 8 March 2024 I tried to get my recovery key, but because I use 2 step and I didn't receive the message for verification code on my phone, I have tried several times but still no incoming message from Microsoft. After this, I tried to change my security information by changing my phone number, and the page said that I have to wait for 30 days for my security nfo to be renewed. Its already 31 days but I still can access my security information, I cant cancel security change i

Based on the details that you have shared, it looks like you have already requested a security info change on your Microsoft account. Unfortunately, this cannot be expedited, and if you have turned on 2-step verification ON, you won't have access to security settings and services. Can't cancel my request to change security info

You received this message because ALL the security info (such as alternate contact methods) that you previously added to your account was removed and replaced with new info and you need to wait 30-days for the changes to take effect. You can't expedite the 30-day process unless you cancel the request.

Visit “Your security info change is still pending” or “You can’t access this site right now” Microsoft account message for more details.
