    Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus Repeatedly Fails to Install


    Hi, I've recently updated my computer and all the updates installed except this one: Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 Version 1.333.1131.0 I keep getting this error: 0x80070643


    I've run the Get Help application and I've tried everything on there, but it doesn't solve my issue. Please help.

    windows defender security intelligence update failed

    hi,

    i try to configure VDI update for windows defender..the definition file was unpack to file server ..i set the folder security to everyone. but the update still failed.

    Windows Defender Antivirus has encountered an error trying to update security intelligence.

    New security intelligence Version: 1.315.1006.0

    Previous security intelligence Version: 1.315.639.0

    Update Source: Shared security intelligence Root

    Security intelligence Type: AntiSpyware

    Update Type: Delta

    Security Intelligence Update for Windows Defender Antivirus - KB22676

    I just checked my PC and I got exactly the same Security Intelligence Update as you. It was pushed through Windows Update about 30 minutes ago. Prior to that I also had two standard Definition Updates for Windows Defender Antivirus earlier on today

    Hello,

    Windows update give me the following error: "Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.323.1916.0) - Error 0x80010108". I have tried some suggestions (see

    here    ) for the same error but different version of the update, but it didn't help.

    Any help?
