Windows 10: Security Items Being Turned Off

What would cause one or more security items in Security at a glance, to get turned?For nearly a year now I have been having issues with Windows 11 Start up, Restart, andShut down taking an extremely long time. After I reset my pc I have no issues with these.This starts after the security items have been turned off and I turn them back on and restart.Again, this has been going on for nearly a year.When I first bought this pc it would take 10 to 15 seconds only until I see the welcome screenAlso, when resetting my pc should I use the local or the cloud to reinstall Windows?James

cannot turn off jump list

Hi Rohit,

To address this concern, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to turn off the Jump Lists on Windows 10:

• Go to Start menu, search Settings, then press
  Enter.
• Click Personalization.
• Select Start.
• Turn off the Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or taskbar.
